Return Policy

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@cerolla.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
