1. Overview & Acceptance
This website is operated by CEROLLA LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We strive to ensure your collectibles arrive safely and on time. By placing an order, you acknowledge the following timelines:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Duration: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after the processing window.
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email once the label is created.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure quality for all collectors.
- 14-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened collectibles lose significant value and cannot be returned for a full refund.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for different items are subject to current stock availability.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Strict 24-Hour Window: If you wish to cancel or modify your order (including address changes), you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order enters our processing queue and cannot be intercepted or changed. If you miss this window, you may return the item once it arrives, subject to our Return Policy.
5. Products & Box Condition
Packaging Disclaimer: While we strive to ship items in the best possible condition, we cannot guarantee "mint condition" packaging. Minor shelf wear, creases, or slight imperfections in packaging do not constitute a "damaged" item and are not eligible for a damage claim or free return, as the packaging is intended to protect the product inside.
6. Accuracy & Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
This includes errors in product pricing or availability. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.
7. Right to Refuse Service (Scalper Protection)
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. This ensures fair access to inventory for genuine collectors.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall CEROLLA LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
